INNOVATION IN HEALTH.A new perspective on personalized care
WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE

Your privacy.
Clearly stated.

This notice explains what information this website does and does not collect, how the small amount of technical information involved in delivering it is handled, and how to reach IKON with questions. Last updated September 10, 2026.

AT A GLANCE

The short version.

01

This website is informational. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no payment collection, and no forms that send information to IKON.

02

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising, social-media plug-ins, or tracking pixels.

03

Two service providers help deliver the pages: the hosting and content-delivery provider, and Google Fonts for typography. Each receives standard technical request data.

04

Do not send patient information through this website or ordinary email. This notice is not a notice of pharmacy privacy practices under HIPAA.

01 / SCOPE

What this notice covers.

This notice applies to the IKON Pharmaceuticals public website: the homepage, the product formulary reference, the provider, resources, about, contact, and privacy pages, and the product detail pages linked from them. IKON Pharmaceuticals (“IKON,” “we,” or “us”) publishes this website for licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, and practice owners.

It does not apply to the separate provider login and ordering system. That system is operated with its own terms, its own privacy information, and its own security controls, and any information you enter there is governed by those documents rather than this page.

It also does not describe how the pharmacy handles prescriptions, patient records, or protected health information. Those practices are covered by the pharmacy’s notice of privacy practices, which is provided through the pharmacy relationship, not through this website.

02 / COLLECTION

Information this website collects.

Information you provide

None through the website itself. There is no account registration, no newsletter sign-up, no chat widget, no comment feature, and no inquiry form. The “Provider login” and “Provider ordering” buttons either open the separate provider system in your browser or, while that connection is being finalized, display an on-page message. Neither action sends anything to IKON.

If you choose to email or call IKON using a contact detail published on the contact page, the information you include is handled as described under When you contact IKON.

Technical information involved in delivering pages

Like every website, this one is delivered by web servers that receive a request from your browser for each page, stylesheet, script, image, and font. A request ordinarily includes your IP address, the page or file requested, the date and time, the referring page if your browser sends one, and browser and device details sent in standard headers such as the user-agent string.

This information is processed by our hosting and content-delivery provider to route and deliver the pages, to protect the site against abuse and attacks, and to produce aggregate operational logs. IKON does not add its own tracking to those requests, does not attempt to link request data to a named person, and does not use it to build profiles of visitors.

03 / COOKIES & STORAGE

Cookies, storage, and tracking.

This website does not set first-party cookies. It does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, retargeting, session-replay tools, heat maps, social-media plug-ins, embedded video players, or tracking pixels, and it does not use fingerprinting techniques to recognize returning visitors.

The website’s scripts run entirely in your browser and do not write to local storage, session storage, or any other browser database. Two small behaviours are worth noting so there are no surprises:

Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures, such as a short-lived cookie used to distinguish legitimate browsers from automated attacks, when protecting the site. Any such measure is controlled by the provider, is not accessible to IKON, and is not used for advertising.

04 / SERVICE PROVIDERS & LINKS

Service providers and external links.

The following third parties are involved when you view this website. Each acts as a service provider processing standard request data; none is authorized by IKON to use that data for its own marketing.

Website hosting and content delivery
The website is hosted on and delivered through a global content-delivery network. That provider receives every page request, applies security protections, serves cached copies of files, and keeps operational logs under its own privacy policy and retention rules.
Google Fonts
The typefaces used across the website are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files directly from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and Google receives the same standard request data as any web server, including your IP address. Google states that Google Fonts requests are not used for advertising and are not associated with a Google account. Google’s privacy policy governs that processing: policies.google.com/privacy.
External websites
Some pages link to other organizations’ websites, for example the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s information on compounding. Those websites are independent of IKON, may set their own cookies, and follow their own privacy policies. Links are provided for reference and do not indicate endorsement.
The separate provider system
Provider login and ordering take place in a separate system, not on this website. Once you leave for that system, its terms and privacy information apply. This website does not receive any information about what you do there.
05 / PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient and clinical information.

This website is not designed, secured, or intended to receive protected health information or any other patient-identifying information. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, contact details, diagnoses, prescriptions, images, or other clinical details in any message sent through an ordinary email address published on this site.

Prescriptions, clinical questions about a specific patient, and any other communication containing patient information should go through your established secure clinical channel with the pharmacy, or through the separate provider system once your practice is connected.

If patient information is received through an ordinary channel despite this request, IKON will limit its use to what is needed to respond and route the matter appropriately, and will handle it under the pharmacy’s own privacy and security obligations rather than this website notice.

06 / CONTACT

When you contact IKON.

If you email, call, or otherwise reach out to IKON using a contact detail published on this website, we will receive whatever you choose to share, which typically includes your name, professional role, practice name, state, email address or phone number, and the substance of your question.

We use that information to respond to you, to discuss a potential practice partnership, to answer product and availability questions, and to keep a business record of the correspondence. We do not add you to marketing lists on the basis of a website inquiry without asking first, and we do not sell your contact information.

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was sent, to maintain business records, and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and professional obligations that apply to a pharmacy.

07 / USE & SHARING

How information is used and shared.

The limited information described in this notice is used only to:

IKON does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and does not disclose it for any third party’s independent marketing. Information may be shared with the service providers named above for the purposes described, with professional advisers where necessary, with regulators or law enforcement where required by law, and with a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to this notice.

08 / SECURITY

Security.

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and browsers are instructed to keep using secure connections through HTTP Strict Transport Security. Response headers restrict where scripts, styles, fonts, and images may load from, prevent the pages from being embedded in other sites, and limit the referrer information your browser shares when you follow an external link.

Because the website stores no visitor information of its own, there is no website database of visitor data to protect. Correspondence you send to IKON is held in IKON’s business systems and protected by administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a pharmacy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is another reason patient information should travel only through secure clinical channels.

09 / YOUR CHOICES

Your choices and rights.

You can browse this website without providing any information about yourself. Browser settings and extensions can block third-party requests, including the request to Google Fonts; the site will fall back to a standard system typeface and remain fully usable.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights over personal information an organization holds about you, such as the right to know what is held, to request a copy, to ask for corrections, or to request deletion. For this website, the only personal information IKON would hold is correspondence you have sent. To exercise a right, contact IKON using the details under Questions; we will verify the request in a way proportionate to the information involved and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Because IKON does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no need to opt out of those activities, and “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals do not change how this website behaves: it already collects nothing to which such a signal would apply.

Information in a pharmacy record or in the separate provider system is subject to the rights and procedures described in the pharmacy’s notice of privacy practices and that system’s own documentation.

10 / CHILDREN

Children.

This website is written for licensed healthcare professionals and practice owners and is not directed to children. IKON does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a minor has sent information to IKON through a contact detail published here, let us know and it will be deleted.

11 / CHANGES

Changes to this notice.

If the website gains features that change how information is handled, for example a contact form, an analytics tool, or a cookie of its own, this notice will be updated before those features go live, and the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Material changes may also be highlighted on this page for a period after they take effect. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated notice applies.

Current version: last updated September 10, 2026.

12 / QUESTIONS
